What are the causes of gastritis?

Chronic pylori (gram (-), microaerophilic bacterium, located in various areas of the stomach and duodenum) is the most important cause. This bacterium causes disease by settling in the body during a period of life and activating from time to time. Smoking and acidic beverages increase acid release in the stomach. This is one of the causes of gastritis.
Stress is among the indispensable causes of this disease. Irregular and excessive amounts of gastric acid are secreted during stress.

What are the symptoms of gastritis?

Gastritis occurs in two ways: chronic and acute. Chronic gastritis is continuous. Stomach symptoms include bloating, burning, vomiting, loss of appetite. Acute gastritis develops suddenly and develops in the form of severe pain, burning, vomiting, bleeding in the stomach.

How to treat gastritis?

First of all those with these disorders need to have the examination of the gastroenterologist. The most important diagnosis of this disease is made by endoscopy. The pathology of the parts taken with endoscopy is made and the diagnosis of the disease is understood. In addition to medication treatment, diet programs begin to be applied. For this, it is necessary to pay particular attention to the diet program.
