Healthy Life - Return to Primitive

We used to have less physical problems. Urbanization and, most importantly, technological facilities were limited, but the number of activities and activities was high.

Now is that the case? No.

Our phones do everything. We think that he watched movies on our computer for hours and kept us away from life. While the spine and the body are still, we enjoy playing games for hours.

Have we ever thought about what causes this situation?

We will say no to it because if we really think about our own health, we don't waste our beautiful 24 hours by turning the technology and the use of innovation tools into fun to make our lives easier.

Of course, it is very difficult for us to survive without technology today. But using it at the right times and at the right times will not cause us health problems in terms of spine health and posture disorders.

When I wrote this article, I set the title as Return to Primitive”. The reason for this is because I think that primitive experiences - village life, for example - contain all the recommendations of health and provide the activities and activations to be done daily.

When was the last time you devoted yourself to hiking, jogging and nature without electronic devices in a forest away from the city where maximum oxygen is available?

The most important information I have learned during the time I received physiotherapy and rehabilitation training is that movement provides general body activation and physiological and psychological responses. These activation inputs lead to irreversible problems in people's lives if the principle is not restored.

Therefore, the need for physiotherapy increases day by day.

Normal Physiotherapy should be activated to avoid losing an orphan. It's called Preventive Physiotherapy.

Research shows that it will be a simple definition but when we spend our years with movement, activity and awareness of this, we protect ourselves from problems from cancers to joint disorders, from heart problems to neck-waist-knee problems.

If our inactivity will cause such big problems, why should we think that we can make our lives easier and cause the technology we use to torture us?

I will try to scribble things under the headings of movement, exercise and upright posture.
